The Best Fried Fish I’ve Tasted!
Absolutely “amazing” fried fish, crawfish and shrimp reminds me growing up when I was down south. JD‘s fish batter is like nothing I’ve ever tasted. I grow up in the Ozark mountain lake area, fishing and many shore lunches, fried fish and fried potatoes and onions. I thought our family recipe was great. I have to admit, JD’s fried fish is better, amazing flavor. Now, I wish I would’ve used JD for family and business activities and functions. On a side note, JD’s business model is a great, relatively inexpensive, activity for a small to mid-size business. In my opinion, the quality of the product and JD’s service is worth every penny of investment in my business and or family.

Are the crawfish fresh?
Yes, Absolutely! There is no other way to eat boiled crawfish. That is why we only offer them seasonally.
Is everything cooked fresh?
Yes, we fry and boil at the event location.
Are all the ingredients organic?
No, not all, but once you have tasted our food, the idea of all organic won’t really matter to you.
Is it all you can eat?
Yes, one of our main goals is that the experience we offer will never leave anyone dissatisfied. That goes for taste and quantity. One should never leave an event that we cater hungry.
Are your ingredients gluten free?
Technically no, we have a tiny little bit in our fish and shrimp. Again it is meniscal, and over the years we have had many people that we gluten free partake of our product and have never come back to complain.
